Clarkton won the last time they faced Cooter and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Reindeer blew past the Wildcats 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Reindeer.

While Clarkton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-13, 26-24.

Peyton Bevill paced Clarkton's offense, picking up nine kills. Bevill got some help from Arissa Vincent and her 18 assists. Vincent was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Clarkton now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Clarkton will take on Richland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Reindeer's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Cooter, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Caruthersville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
