It was another big night for Kayden Strong, who scored 19 points along with 9 rebounds and 7 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Hamilton's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Stickney, who scored 12 points along with 3 steals.
When it comes to explaining why Live Oak lost, one person who can't be blamed is Harjot Kular. Despite the final result, he scored 23 points. The contest was Kular's fifth in a row with at least ten points. T.J. Ehrke was another key contributor, scoring 10 points.
