Bessemer Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight matchups -- so hopefully the Wildcats like a good challenge.
Last Friday, Bessemer Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over the Eagles, taking the game 59-52.
Meanwhile, Springwood was just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 54-53 to the Warriors.
Bessemer Academy's win bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Springwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-6.
