NSCAA/MaxPreps High School Players of the Week Announced
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 27, 2016) - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America and MaxPreps announced today the 31 boys and 24 girls who have been named the NSCAA/MaxPreps High School State Players of the Week for their on-field efforts September 19 - September 25.
The NSCAA uses results and statistics provided by
MaxPreps.com to select one boy and one girl honoree from each participating state competing during the fall high school season.
Coaches wanting to nominate their players must submit statistics to
MaxPreps.com in order for their athletes to be considered; nomination instructions can be found below. Winners receive a MaxPreps/NSCAA branded letterman's patch and recognition on both
MaxPreps.com and
NSCAA.com.
Nominations are due every Sunday by at 11:59 p.m. ET each week to be considered.

The MaxPreps/NSCAA High School Player of the Week Program is a partnership between the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and CBS MaxPreps, Inc. Each week MaxPreps and the NSCAA recognize deserving student-athletes at the high school level who have demonstrated outstanding play on the field throughout the week of competition.
