Baseball Recap: Marion Has No Trouble Against Mullins

Marion never got on the board in their matchup last Monday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Mullins on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Mullins Auctioneers as they made off with a 15-0 win. Considering the Swamp Foxes have won four contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Marion now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Mullins, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Coming up, Marion will venture away from home to face off against Mullins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mullins, they will square off against Loris at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Mullins has given up an average of 14.8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
