Emily Toma Game Report: @ Norton Science & Language Academy

Packinghouse Christian Academy came out on top against Norton Science & Language Academy on Friday thanks in part to Emily Toma's efforts. Nobody could stop Toma as she struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit (and only one walk). She also tossed a walk, marking her first of the season.

Looking ahead, Toma and Packinghouse Christian Academy will face off against Cornerstone Christian at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bears got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Crusaders thanks in part to Toma: she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and five unearned) runs off seven hits.
