Will Yost posted a new career-low in walks on Wednesday. He did his part (and then some), tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits for the 'W'. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Yost and Gridley are on the road again on Thursday to play Palo Verde Valley at 10:00 a.m. The Yellow Jackets will enter the matchup having just beaten Foothills Christian, so the Bulldogs will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
