While Lockney might've come up empty on Tuesday, Dyllan Thiebaud wasn't going down without a fight. Wellington had no answer to Thiebaud as he struck out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Thiebaud has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.
