On Friday, Middlesex put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They were fully in charge, breezing past Bishop Ahr 56-20. Middlesex were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Among those leading the charge for Middlesex was senior Jose Andujar, who rushed for 104 yards and 4 touchdowns.
The victory (their 4th in a row) raised Middlesex's record to 4-3. This is the second loss in a row for Bishop Ahr and nudges their record down to 5-4.
The teams are both focusing on improving their conference standings in their upcoming contests. Middlesex will square off against Metuchen at 1:00 PM next week. Bishop Ahr will be staying on the road next week, facing off against South River.
