Paradise Honors has enjoyed the comforts of home their last seven games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Moon Valley Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Paradise Honors focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Thursday.
Last Thursday, Paradise Honors didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Thunderbird, but they still walked away with a 45-39 victory.
Paradise Honors found their leader in underclassman Tj Harris, who scored 16 points along with three steals. Harris has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last 17 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of David Leszczynski, who scored ten points.
Moon Valley posted their biggest victory since December 15, 2023 on Thursday. They blew past Shadow Mountain 60-40.
Paradise Honors is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season. As for Moon Valley, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.
Things could have been worse for Paradise Honors, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 61-46 loss to Moon Valley in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. Can Paradise Honors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
