Perhaps the best among them was Maya Ocana-saunders, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 steals. Those 14 steals set a new season-high mark for her. Sy'Nye Baker was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six assists and six steals.
Springfield Renaissance's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Ludlow, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Springfield Renaissance will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Pioneer Valley Regional at 7:00 p.m. on January 3rd. Ludlow will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Granby at 7:00 p.m. on January 8th.
