She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kaitlyn Borrowman, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one run. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Abi Henderson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Pleasant Hill's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs], their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.
