They had to suffer through a rough 64-0 loss at the hands of the Falcons. South Bend Clay has struggled against Glenn recently, as their match on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Chase Miller had a dynamite game for Glenn, rushing for 98 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, while also throwing for 88 yards and three touchdowns. Mason Kobelt also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
South Bend Clay's defeat was their seventh straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-6. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 4.6 points per game. As for Glenn, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-4.
