Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hunt). They walked away with a 75-62 victory over the Fike Demons on Monday. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by exactly 13 points.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hunt to victory, but perhaps none more so than Austin Joyner, who went 9 for 12 en route to 23 points and five boards. Those 23 points gave Joyner a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Pridgen, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 16 points.

Several Demons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jayonta Blanchard, who went 6 for 13 en route to 17 points. Another player making a difference was Da'Qavis Greene, who posted 11 points and seven rebounds.

The win was the third in a row for Hunt, bringing their record for this year to 12-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points per game. As for Fike, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-5 record this season.

Hunt has already played their next contest, an 81-44 victory against Smithfield-Selma on the 28th. As for Fike, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 63-54 win against South Johnston on the 28th.
