The Sunnyside Blue Devils won the last time they faced the Desert View Jaguars, and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went Sunnyside's way against Desert View as Sunnyside made off with a 35-14 win.
Samario Garcia had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 166 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries. Garcia's longest rush was for an incredible 76 yards.
When it comes to explaining why Desert View lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kevin Zleh. Despite the final result, he rushed for 151 yards and two touchdowns. Zleh hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for five straight games.
Sunnyside's victory bumped their record up to 5-5. As for Desert View, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Sunnyside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Desert View also has no future games currently scheduled.
