A Season-Best Effort from Jaylen Patterson Leads San Jacinto over Tahquitz
San Jacinto was led to victory by Jaylen Patterson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Patterson rushed for 105 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 162 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 passes.
The victory was the sixth in a row for San Jacinto, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Patterson and San Jacinto will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against West Valley at 7:30 p.m. on October 24th.

Jeremiah Brown was instrumental in extending San Jacinto's winning streak to six on Friday. Brown was dynamite, picking up three sacks, forcing a fumble, and making nine total tackles (4.0 for loss).
Tahquitz's probably not too fond of Brown given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Brown saw the Titans), he made eight total tackles and defended three passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.

Jomini Ransom was instrumental in extending San Jacinto's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Ransom as he rushed for 77 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
On the year, Ransom has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 101.3 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown.
