Northwest put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the West Union Dragons 14-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-4 on Monday.

Braxton Burris and Chase Kingrey did most of the damage at the plate: Burris went 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one double, while Kingrey went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Wesyn Lang, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple.

Northwest's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for West Union, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, West Union will challenge Manchester at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwest will be paying especially close attention to the Dragons' contest: after the Dragons face off against Northwest, they'll take on Northwest again at 5:00 p.m.
