The Heritage Preparatory Rams scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They skirted past Notre Dame Academy 64-62. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Several Irish Wolfhounds players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Faustina Barcena, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 23 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Barcena has scored all season. Amelia LoCicero-Padial was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for Heritage Preparatory and bumps their season record up to 4-6. As for Notre Dame Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.
Heritage Preparatory does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Notre Dame Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
