Basketball Recap: Burgin Comes Up Short

Burgin lost to Mercer County back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs fell 46-41 to the Titans.

Burgin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Mercer County, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-17.

Coming up, Burgin will square off against West Jessamine at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mercer County, they will face off against Paul Laurence Dunbar at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
