The Palm Valley FIREBIRDS will be playing at home against the West Shores Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Shores took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Palm Valley, who comes in off a win.
Last Thursday, Palm Valley was able to grind out a solid victory over Public Safety Academy, taking the game 50-40. The win made it back-to-back wins for Palm Valley.
Palm Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alex Ratner led the charge by dropping a double-double on 10 points and 14 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Donovan Knott, who scored 13 points along with 3 steals.
West Shores played against Entrepreneur and lost via forfeit.
Palm Valley's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for West Shores, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Palm Valley strolled past West Shores when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a score of 37-21. Does Palm Valley have another victory up their sleeve, or will West Shores turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
