The Thunderbirds haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.
North Callaway was led to victory by Jamarion Glover and Jacob Blevins. Glover dropped a double-double with 24 points and ten boards, while Blevins went 8-for-13 on his way to 19 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Glover is becoming a predictor of North Callaway's success: when he posts at least 20 points the team is 2-1 (and 8-14 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of CJ Cunningham, who posted seven points and three steals.
