The Palm Beach Lakes Rams will face off against the Lake Worth Christian Defenders at 4:00 p.m. Lake Worth Christian took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Palm Beach Lakes, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Palm Beach Lakes made easy work of Sheridan Hills Christian and carried off a 23-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.

Bryce Jackson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and only a hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Jackson was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in stolen bases.
In other batting news, Miguel Antonio and Zavier Mendonca did most of the damage at the plate: Antonio went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Mendonca scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Samuel Mojica was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
Palm Beach Lakes always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .605. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sheridan Hills Christian only posted an OBP of .350.
Meanwhile, Lake Worth Christian lost 16-6 to Somerset Academy - Canyons on Tuesday. The Defenders haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.
Teegan Summerill was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Summerill is also crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's stolen at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Kingston Kiley, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
Palm Beach Lakes' record is now 2-0. As for Lake Worth Christian, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
Palm Beach Lakes might still be hurting after the 21-0 loss they got from Lake Worth Christian in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. Can Palm Beach Lakes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
