In what's become a running theme this season, the North Mustangs gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 74-18 victory over Browne. Winning may never get old, but North sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Leading North to victory were Saniyah Downing and Xxylina Flores. Downing scored 19 points along with six assists and five steals, while Flores scored 29 points along with five steals. Flores has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 21 times she's played. Ayanna Goode was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with three steals.
North's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-9. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for Browne, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-22.
North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Browne also has no future games currently scheduled.
