Baylor won the last time they faced Cleveland and things went their way on Thursday too. The Red Raiders put the hurt on the Blue Raiders with a sharp 10-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Red Raiders, who have now won five games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Baylor has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Cleveland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-10.

Baylor has already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Silverdale Academy on the 8th. As for Cleveland, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-10 defeat against Ooltewah on the 9th.
