After six games on the road, East Dayton Christian is heading back home. They will take on Spencer Center at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
Last Friday, East Dayton Christian was beaten by the Spartans 66-31. East Dayton Christian was down 51-21 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
East Dayton Christian's defeat came about despite a quality game from Damir Walder, who scored 14 points along with five steals. Walder has been hot recently, having posted five or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Warden, who scored three points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, even though Oyler scored an imposing 61 points on Tuesday, Spencer Center still came out on top. Spencer Center secured a 67-61 W over the MAD Hatters.
East Dayton Christian dropped their record down to 3-17 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Spencer Center, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.
