Potosi have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were able to grind out a solid win over Fredericktown on Friday, winning 21-14. Potosi have a history of success against Fredericktown, winning their last head-to-head 42-16.
The victory bumped Potosi's record up to 2-3. The defeat dropped Fredericktown's record to 1-4.
Next week Potosi take on Central at 7:00 PM. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games. Fredericktown will look to defend their home turf against DeSoto. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
