Big Game from Cummins As Neah Bay Won 68-16
Starting off the list is Neah Bay's Caleb Cummins, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Cummins rushed for 184 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
The win was the fourth in a row for Neah Bay, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Cummins and Neah Bay will welcome Lummi at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jodell Wimberly Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Jodell Wimberly produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Neah Bay to the win on Saturday. Wimberly rushed for 163 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 53 yards and two touchdowns on only five passes. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (110.4). That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in November of 2023.
If history really does repeat itself, Wimberly might just drop another big game when he faces off against Lummi on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Wimberly saw the Blackhawks), he rushed for 155 yards and two touchdowns.

A Season-Best Effort from Mason Iverson Leads Quilcene over Evergreen Lutheran
On Saturday, Quilcene got the W thanks in part to Mason Iverson playing the best football he has all season. Iverson rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 87-yard run.
The victory (which was Quilcene's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Iverson and Quilcene will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Darrington at 1:00 p.m.

Perez-Lopez Came Up Big in Quilcene's 51-16 Victory
Another Quilcene player making an appearance on this list is Andrew Perez-Lopez. He rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 38 yards and two touchdowns. He didn't just play on offense: he also made three total tackles and defended a pass.
If the past is any indication, Perez-Lopez could be in store for another big game when he takes on Darrington on Friday. Perez-Lopez rushed for 182 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry the last time he and the Loggers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Neah Bay Gets a Boost from Ellis in 68-16 Victory
Adan Ellis put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in September of 2023 on Saturday. He picked up 30 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 50 yards. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 50 yards.
Crescent's probably not too fond of Ellis given he always seems to get the better of them. Ellis picked up 44 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground the last time he and the Loggers duked it out back in September of 2023.
