The team also got some help courtesy of Tom Sela, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Coral Springs Charter, who are still winless after their 13th match. The match between Coral Springs Charter and Fort Lauderdale wasn't particularly close, with Coral Springs Charter falling 69-55. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Coral Springs Charter in their matchups with Fort Lauderdale: they've now lost five in a row.
Don Soffer Aventura's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 5-5. As for Coral Springs Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.
Don Soffer Aventura couldn't quite finish off Coral Springs Charter in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 and fell 41-38. Can Don Soffer Aventura avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
