Several Stars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Marcus Fortner, who scored ten points. Luke Adkins was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Danville's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Western Boone, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 15 of their last 16 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-20 record this season.
Danville is on the road again on Friday and plays Crawfordsville at 6:00 p.m. on March 1st. Hopefully Danville focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Tuesday. Western Boone does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
