Volleyball Recap: Page Has No Trouble Against Mount Tabor + How To Watch

Page hadn't done well against Mount Tabor recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Pirates put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 3-0 win. For the Pirates, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2017.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-9, 25-19.

Page's offense was headlined by Claire Hannaum and Eloise Jones, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Goergia Pope and her 15 assists. Louisa Pope controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Page has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for Mount Tabor, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Page will take on Parkland at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mount Tabor, they will challenge Calvary Day School at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
