Howard's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Cary Academy, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Howard will venture away from home to challenge Heritage Leadership Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
