Tojuan Peyton Jr. Turns in Season-Best Performance
Lanier was led to victory by Tojuan Peyton Jr., who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Peyton Jr. rushed for 280 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.7 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 85-yard run.

He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (102.6) per game. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last four times he's played.
Milton pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. Lester and Milton will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Johns Creek at 7:30 p.m. on October 25th.
