NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. -
Frontier (Hamburg, N.Y.) jumped out to an early lead against
Niagara Falls (N.Y.) and never looked back on the way to a 21-7 victory on Saturday.
The Falcons scored 14 points in the first quarter. Frontier scored on a
Benjamin Koch touchdown run and a touchdown run by
Cameron Coon.
After taking the lead on a Koch touchdown run in the first quarter, FHS led 21-0 at the half.
The Hamburg school saw its 21-point halftime lead fall to 14 entering the fourth.
The Falcons' standout player in the win was Koch. He threw one touchdown and ran for one touchdown.
The Wolverines'
Deween Kyle played well. The senior kicked one extra point.
Niagara Falls' lone touchdown came on a punt return in the third quarter.
Frontier entered the contest giving up 22.7 points per game this year.
With the win FHS extended its winning streak to four games.
