There's no place like home for Hutchinson, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Salina Central Mustangs 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on October 4th.

Hutchinson had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-18, 25-20.

Hutchinson's victory bumped their record up to 23-13. As for Salina Central, their defeat ended a six-match streak of away wins and brought them to 24-12.

Hutchinson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Maize South on the 25th. Salina Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
