Mapleton will challenge Riddle on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps national rankings project a close contest.
Mapleton took care of business in their home opener. They took the match and then some with a 74-36 victory last Thursday.
Meanwhile, Riddle had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They took a hard 44-60 fall.
Mapleton's win lifted them to 1-0 while Riddle's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Riddle and Mapleton will really light up the scoreboard.
