Sweetwater took a serious blow against Hirschi, falling 42-7. Sweetwater has struggled against Hirschi recently, as their contest on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Caiden Ortiz threw for 83 yards on nine of 22 attempts. Jadyn Forbes was his top target, picking up 44 receiving yards. On the ground, Korda Moore rushed for 72 yards.
Sweetwater has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for Hirschi, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.
Sweetwater will look to defend their home field on Friday against Snyder at 7:00 p.m. Snyder is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Hirschi, they will head out on the road to face off against Greenwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
