Meanwhile, Wink waltzed into their game on Tuesday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They took down Fort Hancock 53-38.
It was another big night for Aizlyn Dewberry, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 26 rebounds. She hasn't dropped below 15points for three straight games. Delaney Dodd-fernandes was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
McCamey's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-14. As for Wink, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 16 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season.
McCamey was taken down by Wink 85-31 in their previous meeting last Tuesday. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Dewberry, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and 17 rebounds.
