Lee's loss came despite strong showings from Kinley Huff and Cassidy Hammonds. Huff almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds, while Hammonds scored 12 points along with six steals and five rebounds. That was a full 60.5% of Lee's points, marking the fifth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Twin Springs is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-13 record this season. As for Lee, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost eight of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
