Vance Charter won the last time they faced Henderson Collegiate and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vance Charter Knights breezed past the Henderson Collegiate Pride to the tune of 61-28. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 21 points or more this season.

Vance Charter got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Gary Wilkins out in front who posted 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Langston Turrentine, who put up 15 points.

Henderson Collegiate's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aden Branche, who scored seven points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave Branche a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Atereon Bullock, who earned eight points.

Vance Charter is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points over those games. As for Henderson Collegiate, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-16.

Vance Charter didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-62 victory against Franklin Academy on the 5th. As for Henderson Collegiate, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 62-22 win against Cristo Rey Research Triangle on the 5th.
