Despite the loss, Northwestern still got an impressive performance from Amelle Passee, who scored ten points. The matchup was Passee's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Mia Doughty, who scored nine points.
Northwestern's loss dropped their record down to 2-1. As for DuVal, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
