Bolles and Columbia are an even 3-3 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Bulldogs are taking a road trip to face off against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Bolles' favor is that they have posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
On Friday, everything came up roses for Bolles against Wolfson as the squad secured a 56-6 win. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Wolfpack recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Bolles' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Xander Edwards, who rushed for 60 yards and two TDs. Edwards has been hot, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last seven times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Camden Tietze, who picked up 100 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Bolles proved: they limited Wolfson to a paltry three yards per carry. The team can thank Christian Hayes for the heroic effort on defense: he. Bolles didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 9.4.
Bolles' defense didn't let Sam Tousey, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for three sacks. Leading the way was Asher Ghioto with two.
Meanwhile, Columbia put their dominant defense on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Friday. Everything went their way against Clay as they made off with a 21-0 victory. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Tigers just coasted through the last quarter.
Bolles better keep an eye on Drew Simmons. He was instrumental in Columbia's win, rushing for 56 yards and two touchdowns.
Bolles' record is now 8-1. As for Columbia, their record now sits at an identical 8-1.
Bolles took their win against Columbia in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 42-17 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
