The Brockway Rovers will head out to  face off against the Kane Wolves  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Brockway is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.6  runs per game  this season.
On Tuesday, Brockway earned  a  6-2 win over Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley.
Brockway got a great performance from  Bailee Carberry as she  pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off   four  hits.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Meeca Smith, who  went 1-for-3 with three  RBI and one  triple. Another player making a difference was  Elysabeth Myers, who  went 1-for-3 with one  run and one  double.
 Meanwhile, Kane was not able to break out of their rough patch  last Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight  loss  dating back to last season. They came up short against  East Forest, falling  9-3.
 Brockway's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Kane, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
 Brockway took their  win against Kane  in their previous meeting  back in March by a conclusive  16-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rovers since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
