Palmetto's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zamarria Green, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 10 rebounds. Green has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aliyah Parker, who scored 15 points along with 8 rebounds.
Palmetto's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Lakewood Ranch, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
