There's no place like home for North Gwinnett, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Mountain View Bears by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: North Gwinnett took both sets by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-9.

North Gwinnett has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for Mountain View, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Coincidentally, North Gwinnett and Mountain View will both be playing Jackson County the next time they take the court. The Bears will head out to face the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
