The losing side was boosted by Ryan Koch, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Hill, who scored ten points.
Meanwhile, Clinton Christian Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They walked away with a 59-46 victory over Varsity Opponent. The win was just what Clinton Christian Academy needed coming off of a 62-37 defeat in their prior contest.
Clinton Christian Academy relied on the efforts of Parker Lowe, who scored eight points along with eight steals, and Jared Wisniewski, who scored 24 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Wisniewski is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Collin Higgins, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Christian Learning Center has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Clinton Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.
Thursday's matchup is shaping up to be a scrappy match: Christian Learning Center have been smashing the glass this season, having only averaged 23.7 rebounds per game. It's a different story for Clinton Christian Academy, though, as they've been averaging only 24.5 rebounds per game. Given Christian Learning Center's sizeable advantage in that area, Clinton Christian Academy will need to find a way to close that gap.
