The third road game was the charm for the Lebanon Warriors, as they earned their first road win of the season. They breezed by Edgewood on the road to the tune of 69-42. Given Lebanon's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 82nd, while Edgewood is ranked 396th), the result on Saturday wasn't entirely unexpected.
Despite the loss, Edgewood still got an impressive performance from Maddy Judd, who scored 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylie Homan, who scored 6 points along with 5 assists and 3 steals.
Lebanon's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Edgewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lebanon will challenge Ursuline Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Ursuline Academy is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Edgewood, they will head out on the road to face off against Badin at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
