The Northwood Rangers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Northwood will be strutting in after a win while Lima Central Catholic will be coming in after a loss.
Last Friday, Northwood made easy work of Ottawa Hills and carried off a 44-19 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Northwood.
Natalie Thompson was the offensive standout of the game as she scored 14 points along with 7 steals. Another player making a difference was Autumn Schroeder, who scored 8 points along with 6 rebounds and 6 steals.
Meanwhile, Lima Central Catholic's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by Lima Senior at home and fell 61-28.
Northwood's win lifted them to 2-0 while Ottawa Hills' defeat dropped them down to 1-3.
