Oconee County entered their tilt with Brookwood on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Broncos.

Oconee County never let Brookwood take a set, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final set scores came out to 27-25, 25-18.

Oconee County was led to victory by Lila Fowler and Fendley Kimbro. Fowler had 12 digs, nine kills, and two aces, while Kimbro had 27 assists. Another player making a difference was Cameron Webb, who had 10 digs and an assist.

Brookwood's loss came despite strong showings from Maddy Miller and Alara Pruitt. Miller had 21 assists and four digs, while Pruitt had six kills and six digs.

Oconee County has now won 12 of their last 15 games on the road. That gives them an 11-4 record this season. As for Brookwood, their loss dropped their record down to 8-2.

Oconee County has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Morgan County on the 25th. As for Brookwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Northview on the 25th.
