The Sebring Blue Streaks will be playing at home against the Westwood Panthers at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams are coming into the  game red-hot, with Sebring sitting on  five straight  wins and Westwood on three.
 Sebring put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season  on Friday. They were the clear victor by a  31-7 margin over Central. Given Sebring's advantage  in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings  (they are ranked 67th, while Central is ranked 230th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Sebring's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Travis Kerney led the charge by rushing for 83 yards and  a touchdown on only 11 carries, while also throwing for 112 yards and  a touchdown while completing 77.8% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of  Dyveon Collymore, who gained 141 total yards and two touchdowns.
 Another reason for the win was Sebring's imposing  defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks.  Leon Harris was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two sacks himself.
 Meanwhile, Westwood didn't have too much trouble with Boca Raton at home   on Friday as they won  26-7.
  Todd Jackson had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 143 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries. Jackson really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 73-yard run.  Braylon  Vincent and his 80 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Westwood's win.
 Sebring pushed their record up to 7-2 with that  victory, which was their third straight  at home. They've been dominating during the  contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31.33 points. As for Westwood, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
 Everything came up roses for Sebring against Westwood in their previous matchup  back in October as the  team secured a  30-3 win. Will Sebring repeat their success,  or does  Westwood have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
