The Ralls Jackrabbits were the 42-13 winner over the Lockney Longhorns when they last played one another back in October of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Ralls fell 35-22 to Lockney on Friday. Ralls' loss continues a unfortunate trend for the team, making it three in a row.
Lockney can attribute much of their success to Xavier Jimenez, who rushed for 160 yards and a touchdown.
Ralls' defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 6-2. The slump could be explained by some tough opposition over that stretch, namely Lockney, Ralls, and Ralls. As for Lockney, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.
Ralls does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lockney is also done with their season.
